10. Tickets, Cancellations and Refunds
a. No refunds. All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
b. No exchanges or transfers. Tickets are valid only for the specific event booked. They cannot be exchanged for a different event or date, or transferred to another person.
c. If we cancel an event. If we need to cancel an event, you can choose to attend any other WIN event, at any of our locations or online, taking place within 60 days of the date of the cancelled event, at no extra cost. Please email info@womeninspirednetwork.com to arrange your place.
d. Speakers and event details. Guest speakers, hosts and event details may change due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to let you know as soon as possible. A change of speaker, host or event details does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
