Membership Agreement
By joining the Success Circle Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to protect both members and organisers and ensure a positive, supportive, and professional networking environment for all involved.
1. Membership Overview
Success Circle Membership is an annual networking membership programme designed to provide ongoing business support, connection, collaboration, and professional development opportunities.
Membership includes:
12 monthly networking sessions
Access to curated guest expert speakers
Light lunch and refreshments at in person events
Access to the exclusive member directory
Access to the private Success Circle Facebook community
Exclusive member benefits and discounts
Welcome materials and onboarding support
Membership benefits may evolve over time to best support the community and overall membership experience.
2. Membership Term
Success Circle Membership is a 12 month commitment.
The total annual membership fee is £870.
Members are to pay via the agreed payment plan option offered at the time of joining.
By signing up, you are committing to the full annual membership term and annual fee.
3. Industry Exclusivity
Success Circle Membership operates, wherever possible, on a one seat per industry basis.
Your membership place and industry category are reserved specifically for you for the duration of your membership term.
As places are limited, acceptance of your membership may result in other applications within your industry sector being declined.
4. Payments
Membership payments must be made on time in accordance with your selected payment plan.
Failure to maintain payments may result in:
suspension of membership access
removal from member benefits and events
cancellation of membership access
Outstanding balances relating to the agreed annual membership fee may still remain payable.
Any changes to your membership subscription may incur an admin fee.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
The initial membership payment secures your reserved place within the Success Circle Membership and is non refundable once membership has commenced and membership benefits have been accessed.
No refunds will be issued for:
attended events
missed events
unused membership time
early cancellation by the member
change in personal circumstances
dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or personal preference
If a member chooses to leave the membership before the end of the 12 month term, remaining payments may still be due in line with the agreed membership commitment.
Any partial refund, payment pause, or goodwill resolution offered by the organisers is entirely discretionary and does not create a precedent or ongoing entitlement.
6. Cooling Off Period
If membership is purchased online members have the right to cancel within 14 days unless membership benefits have already been accessed during that period.
Accessing any membership benefits, including but not limited to:
attending events
joining the Facebook community
receiving member materials
accessing the member directory
using member discounts or benefits
may reduce or remove your statutory cooling off rights in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
7. Member Conduct
Success Circle Membership is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and collaborative professional environment.
Members agree to behave professionally and respectfully towards organisers, speakers, venue staff, and fellow members at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any member whose behaviour is considered:
disruptive
abusive
aggressive
harmful to the reputation or wellbeing of the community
inappropriate within a professional networking environment
anyone who breaks the rules of industry exclusivity
In such circumstances, membership may be terminated without refund.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While Success Circle aims to provide valuable networking opportunities, support, visibility, and collaboration opportunities, we cannot guarantee:
business growth
referrals
clients
financial results
collaborations
personal or professional outcomes
Results will vary based on individual participation, business activity, and external factors.
9. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to:
change speakers
amend venues
adjust event dates
alter event formats
substitute online events where reasonably necessary
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
10. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivering membership services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to:
illness
venue closure
extreme weather
government restrictions
technical failures
acts of nature
Where necessary, alternative arrangements may be provided.
11. Privacy & Data
Member information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
By joining, you consent to reasonable communication relating to your membership, events, updates, and member services.
Member contact details will never be sold to third parties.
12. Agreement
By purchasing or participating in Success Circle Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
