Women Inspired Network (WIN) & The Success Circle

Our commitment
We want every member and attendee to feel welcomed, valued, and fairly treated across all of our communities and events, including Women Inspired Network & The Success Circle. If something falls short of that, we want to know about it so we can put things right.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to complaints about your experience with us, including (but not limited to):
Events, workshops, or networking sessions
Membership terms, renewals, or cancellations
Refunds and payments
Conduct of staff, leaders, or other members
Marketing or communications you have received from us
Complaints about how we handle your personal data are covered separately in our Data Protection Policy, which also explains your right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
How to make a complaint
You can raise a complaint by:

Please include your name, the event or membership concerned, and as much detail as possible about what happened and what outcome you are hoping for.
What happens next
Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
Investigation — We will look into the matter, which may involve speaking with you, any staff or leaders involved, or reviewing relevant records or Terms & Conditions.
Response — We aim to provide a full written response within 30 working days of your complaint. If we need longer, we will explain why and give you a revised timeframe.
Resolution — Our response will set out our findings and, where appropriate, any action we intend to take (which may include an apology, a change in practice, or a refund in line with our Terms & Conditions).
If you are not satisfied
If you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can ask for it to be reviewed by Martina Darling, the Founder. We will treat this as a final review and confirm our final position in writing.
Fairness and confidentiality
All complaints are treated seriously, fairly, and confidentially. Raising a complaint will never affect your standing within WIN or The Success Circle.
