What is The Success Circle — and Why is Everyone Talking About It?
If you’ve been coming to Women Inspired Network events for a while, you’ve probably heard people mention The Success Circle. Maybe someone at an event said they were a member. Maybe you’ve seen it mentioned in the Facebook group. Maybe you’ve been curious but weren’t quite sure what it actually is.
Let me tell you everything.
So what is The Success Circle?
The Success Circle is our premium networking membership — the next level up from our pay-as-you-go WIN events. It’s an intimate, exclusive group of women in business who meet once a month at Hintlesham Hall for an afternoon of real conversation, expert talks, and the kind of deep, genuine connection that only comes from seeing the same faces month after month.
There is one key thing that makes The Success Circle completely different to WIN: one member per industry.
That means when you join, you are the only VA, the only photographer, the only coach, the only bookkeeper in the room. There is no competition. No awkward moment of realising someone else does exactly what you do. Just a group of brilliant women in complementary businesses who genuinely want to help each other grow.

I wanted The Success Circle to feel special. Not just another event in a coffee shop — as much as I love those. This is something different. Hintlesham Hall is a stunning venue and it sets the tone. When you walk in, you feel like you’re somewhere that means business.
We have lunch together, we laugh a lot, we learn from each other. And by the end of the event you leave feeling genuinely energised about your business and the people around you.
What actually happens at a Success Circle event?
Every month is a little different, which is part of what makes it so good. But here’s what you can always expect:
A guest speaker or workshop. Every session has an expert element — something genuinely useful that you can take away and apply to your business straight away. We’ve had sessions on everything from Google Business Profiles to mindset, and members regularly tell me they’ve gone home and immediately implemented what they learned.
Real conversations. Not pitching. Not performing. Just honest, open conversations about what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can help each other. Because when you’re in a room with women you see every month, you stop pretending everything is fine and you start having the conversations that actually move your business forward.
Peer support and brainstorming. Some of the most valuable moments in The Success Circle happen when one member shares a challenge and the rest of the room helps her work through it. The collective knowledge and experience in that room is extraordinary. And because everyone is in a different industry, the perspectives you get are incredibly varied and useful.
Genuine friendship. This might sound like a bonus rather than a feature, but I genuinely think it’s one of the most important things about The Success Circle. When you see the same women every month, in a relaxed and beautiful setting, friendships form. Real ones. The kind where you’re messaging each other between meetings, referring each other to clients, and cheering each other on from the sidelines.
How is it different from WIN events?
WIN events are brilliant for meeting new people, broadening your network and dipping your toe into networking in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Every event brings a different mix of women and you never know who you’re going to meet.

How do I join?
The Success Circle operates on a one member per industry basis, which means spaces are limited and some industries fill up quickly. If you’re interested, the best thing to do is get in touch and find out whether your industry spot is still available.
We meet on the first Wednesday of every month at Hintlesham Hall. Membership is annual and includes all monthly events, workshops, and access to a community of women who are invested in each other’s success.
