The Power of Women's Stories
Lynette Allen is a renowned author who also offers collaborative writing opportunities for Women. She spends her time living between the Jungles of Bali and Suffolk - specialising in plant medicine using cacao, running sister circles and teaching about ritual, meditation and journaling.
In this session Lynette will be talking to us about the Power of Women's Stories, she believes that every woman should be heard, every woman has a story and if we can hold her hand, so she can write it down and relieve herself of the weight of it, if her story can inspire another woman, then she has made a bigger impact than just herself or her family.
